Which plan is best for me?

This is something you should really discuss with your WeeBee sales professional. It depends on a lot of factors and exactly what you are buying. With all that said, Service Plus Onyx is the ultimate “no worries” plan. If we had to recommend one plan over the others, Onyx would be the one.

Should I keep my boxes?

We always recommend you keep the boxes your equipment came in and all of the accessories, packing and paperwork. If you do not, you may incur extra charges for packing. Some manufacturers now will not even accept a return or a repair without their original carton.

Once again, Service Plus Onyx covers packing so if you do lose a box, it’s not a problem with Onyx. On the Gold and Platinum plans, you may be liable for packing charges.

What’s the card for?

The card is a reminder of your coverage and to document that you are a member. There is contact information on the card as well as your member ID number.

When does my Service Plus time start and end?

Your Service Plus coverage begins as soon as you activate your membership (click on the “Register” link above). The length of time of your plan depends on which level you are enrolled at. Please see a WeeBee sales associate for more details on your specific plan.

I have something that doesn’t work, what should I do?

We strongly encourage all Service Plus members to contact us via email or phone, as soon as you detect that something is wrong. Sometimes a phone call clear up a problem and if you are having a more serious issue we want to clear it up as quickly as possible for you.

How much do the plans cost?

We’ve created Service Plus plans to cover a wide range of equipment at several different membership levels. We price plans based on the equipment you buy so you get the most possible coverage for your specific purchase at the very best price.

What is a “System check up”?

What we check depends on what you have. Rest assured we put together a comprehensive check list based on your needs and go through the system to ensure everything is working and set properly.

If there an issue to address we always ask you inform us as soon as possible so we can make sure it is corrected immediately.

What isn’t covered?

In short, accidental damage, theft, intentional abuse is NOT covered. Please carefully read the plan details you were given when you become a Service Plus member for complete details or ask WeeBee Sales Associate for help.

Can I add Service Plus to equipment I already have?

If you purchased you equipment from WeeBee Audio/Video and it is still covered by the manufacturer’s warranty you can add Service Plus coverage to it. All other plan details apply.

I didn’t get Service Plus when I bought my equipment from WeeBee, can I add it now?

Yes you can.
